Before you start
- An Amazon Firestick, Fire TV Stick 4K or Fire TV, connected to your TV and the internet
- Your GoStream 4K login details, sent on WhatsApp and by email after payment
- The name of the player app we recommend for Firestick, included in your welcome message
Step-by-step setup
- Update your Firestick. Go to Settings, My Fire TV, About, Check for updates. An up-to-date stick avoids most app problems.
- Open the Appstore. From the home screen, select Find, then Search.
- Install the player app. Type the name of the app from your welcome message, select it and press Get or Download.
- Open the app and choose the login type. Most player apps ask for an Xtream Codes login or a playlist (M3U) link. Pick the one that matches your welcome message.
- Enter your details. Type the username, password and server URL exactly as we sent them. Check for capital letters and spaces.
- Wait for the first load. The app downloads the channel list and guide. The first time can take a minute.
- Start watching. Choose Live TV, Films or Series.
Tips for the best picture on Firestick
- Use the Ethernet adapter or a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network if you can.
- Restart the stick every few days: hold Select and Play together for five seconds.
- Clear the app cache if it slows down: Settings, Applications, Manage Installed Applications, choose the app, Clear cache.
- For 4K, use a Fire TV Stick 4K or 4K Max and a 4K TV.

Yes, if your plan includes two or more screens.
Do I need to jailbreak my Firestick?
