Find your TV's system
- Samsung: Tizen, apps from the Samsung Apps store.
- LG: webOS, apps from the LG Content Store.
- Sony, Philips, Hisense and TCL (many models): Android TV or Google TV, apps from Google Play.
- Other Hisense models: VIDAA, with its own app store.
If you are not sure, open your TV's Settings, then About or Support. The system name is listed there.
Step-by-step setup
- Connect the TV to the internet, by cable if you can.
- Open your TV's app store and search for the player app named in your welcome message.
- Install and open the app. Some Samsung and LG apps show a device ID or MAC address on the first screen. If so, send it to us on WhatsApp.
- Enter your login details exactly as we sent them, or wait while we activate your device ID.
- Let the channel list load, then start watching.
No compatible app on your TV?
Older smart TVs sometimes lack a suitable app. The simplest fix is a streaming stick: an Amazon Firestick, Chromecast with Google TV or a Roku plugs into any HDMI port. Follow our Firestick setup guide from there.
Getting the best picture
