Who we are
These terms are between you and GoStream 4K. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +44 7412 836986. "We" and "us" mean GoStream 4K; "you" means the person who buys or uses a plan.
Plans and payment
- Plans last 3, 6 or 12 months from the day we send your login details.
- Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your bank may convert the amount and charge a fee.
- Payment is taken through our payment provider by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see your full card details.
- Plans do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, access stops unless you buy a new one.
Screens and accounts
Each plan includes a set number of screens that can watch at the same time. Your login is for your own household. You may not share it beyond your screen limit, resell it or rebroadcast any content.
Content and availability
We only show content we have the rights to show in the country you are watching from, so the line-up varies by country and can change when rights change. See channels and content. In the UK you need a TV Licence to watch or record live TV and to use BBC iPlayer; getting one is your responsibility.
Your device and connection
You need a compatible device and a broadband connection of about 10 Mbps per HD screen and 25 Mbps per 4K screen. We are not responsible for problems caused by your device, your internet provider or third-party player apps, though we will always try to help.
Service changes and interruptions
We aim to keep the service running at all times, but there may be short interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If a fault on our side stops you watching for a significant time, contact us and we will put it right in line with our refund policy.
Ending your access
We may suspend or end a plan that is used against these terms, for example shared beyond its screen limit, resold or used to rebroadcast content. Where we end a plan for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you buy applies to that purchase. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
