How ordering works
- Choose a plan and the number of screens on the plans section.
- Enter your WhatsApp number and email and press Complete order. You get an order code straight away.
- Pay with the secure link we send you. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
- Get your login on WhatsApp and by email, then follow the setup guide for your device.
Which plan length should you pick?
The 3-month plan is the easy way to try the service on your own devices. The 12-month plan costs the least per month: about $8.33 a month on GoStream, against $10 a month on the 3-month plan. If several people in the house watch at the same time, pick Premium or add screens so nobody gets logged out.
Renewing and refunds
Nothing renews automatically. Near the end of your term we remind you, and you choose whether to continue. Refunds follow our refund policy, including your rights under UK consumer law for digital services.
Questions
Does my IPTV subscription renew automatically?
No. Every plan is a single payment for a fixed term and ends on its own.
How do I pay?
After you order, we send a secure payment link. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I add screens later?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will upgrade your plan for the difference in price.
