When you can get a refund
If GoStream 4K does not work on your device or the service is not as described, tell us. We will try to fix it first, and if we cannot, we will refund you.
How to ask for a refund
- Message us on WhatsApp or reply to your order email.
- Include your order code (it starts with GS4K) and the email address you ordered with.
- Tell us briefly what went wrong. If it is something we can fix, we will offer to fix it first, but the choice is yours.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. We process them within 5 working days of approving your request; your bank may take a few more days to show the money. Because plans are charged in US dollars, the amount you see in pounds or another currency can differ slightly because of exchange rates set by your bank.
When refunds are not available
- Where the plan has been used in breach of our terms, for example shared beyond its screen limit or resold.
- For content that is not available in your country, when we told you so before you bought.
Your rights under UK consumer law
If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says digital content and services must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you can ask us to fix the problem or give you a full or partial refund. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase; for digital content that right ends once streaming starts with your agreement. Nothing in this policy takes away your legal rights.
