Privacy policy

We collect as little as we need to deliver your plan, and we never sell your data. Here is exactly what we collect and why.

Who is responsible for your data

GoStream 4K is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, message us on WhatsApp at +44 7412 836986.

What we collect

  • When you order: your phone number, email address, the plan you chose and an order code.
  • When you pay: confirmation that you paid. Your card details are handled by our payment provider, Revolut; we never see them.
  • When you contact us: the messages you send on WhatsApp or by email.
  • When you start an order but do not finish it: the phone number or email you typed, so we can help you complete it.

How we use it

  • To send your payment link, login details and setup guide (to perform our contract with you).
  • To give you support and remind you before your plan ends (our legitimate interest in serving you).
  • To follow up on an order you started but did not finish (our legitimate interest). Ask us to stop at any time.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

  • Revolut to process payments.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider to message you.
  • Our order email service (EmailJS or FormSubmit) to deliver order notifications to us.
  • The Movie Database (TMDB), Google Fonts and Cloudflare, which receive your IP address when the website loads film posters, fonts and country detection.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website stores a list of film posters in your browser for the current visit so pages load faster; it is deleted when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep order and contact details for as long as your plan is active and for as long afterwards as we need them for support, accounting and legal obligations, then delete them. Ask us at any time to delete your data sooner where the law allows.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, restrict it, or receive a copy. Message us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
